REQUEST TO HOST A FUNDRAISER FOR YOUR TEAM:
STEP 1- Have you contacted your ‘Team Representative’ ? Your assigned team representative’s name and email can be found on the ‘Coaches Corner’ page.
STEP 2- Submit your request to your Team Representative to hold your fundraiser(s) five (5) days prior to upcoming MSBC monthly board meeting. All requests must be voted and obtain approval prior to your fundraising event. The MSBC requires holding two (2) team fundraisers (per season) prior to asking for funds from the MSBC General Fund. If you have any questions and/or concerns please talk to your assigned Team Representative.
Coaches Request for EQUIPMENT/FUNDS:
STEP 1- Click the link below to complete and print the form, obtain the approval of your school’s Athletic Director. Submit the completed form to your assigned team representative five (5) days prior to the next monthly MSBC board meeting. Ensure your team has hosted a minimum of two (2) fundraisers by your team prior to making this request.
STEP 2- Please note your head coach and players are encouraged to attend the meeting to present your request(s) and answer any questions MSBC may have following the submittal of the request. We ask you have all requested details on the form are completed prior to submitting your request to your Team Representative (ie. TAX & SHIPPING to be included in total amount requested)
Please note, approval with signature by your Athletic Director is required!
